Unzip into your mIRC dir then do a
/play -c zarcload.txt
The  commands for this script are:
/zclock
/tclock
it will prompt on install for "see what this script does?" click yes!
Then type in what you want to appear at the bottom of the clock.
Edit it anytime by going into the channel popup section.
